01 — Who We Are

PromoNight ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at getpromonight.com and the PromoNight mobile application (together, the "Service"). We are an independent developer based in the United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

02 — Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service effectively:

• Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you provide.
• Team preferences. The team(s) you select and any notification preferences you configure.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, dates tapped, and session duration — collected in aggregate to understand how fans use the app and improve it.
• Device information. Device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and compatibility purposes.
• Email address (waitlist). If you sign up for early access, we store your email address solely to notify you when the app launches.
• Affiliate click data. If you click a ticket affiliate link (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek), we may receive anonymized confirmation that a purchase was completed via our link for commission tracking. We do not receive your name, payment details, or order contents from these partners.

We do not collect: precise GPS location, contacts, camera access, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

03 — How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the PromoNight Service
• Send push notifications about upcoming promotions for your selected team(s), if you have opted in
• Send transactional emails (e.g., launch announcements for waitlist subscribers)
• Track affiliate commissions when users click through to ticket purchase partners
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to understand which features are most useful
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to serve behavioral advertising.

04 — Affiliate Links & Third-Party Partners

PromoNight participates in affiliate programs with ticket platforms and fan gear retailers. When you click an affiliate link within our app or website, you will be directed to those platforms' own websites. Your interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies:

• StubHub: stubhub.com/legal/privacy-policy
• SeatGeek: seatgeek.com/privacy-policy
• Fanatics: fanatics.com/privacy-policy

We may receive a commission when a qualifying purchase is made through our affiliate links. This commission does not affect the price you pay for tickets or merchandise.

We may also use the following third-party services to help operate PromoNight:

• Firebase (Google). For app infrastructure, authentication, and database hosting. Firebase Privacy
• Analytics providers. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools (e.g., PostHog) to understand aggregate usage. These tools do not track users across third-party sites.

05 — Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Waitlist emails are deleted within 30 days of the app launching or upon your request. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

06 — Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

• Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your data. We will honor this unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
• Opt-out. Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly.

07 — Children's Privacy

PromoNight is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

08 — Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any account you create with us.

09 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify users by email (if we have your address) or by a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
