Getting in

Gates. Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff for all D.C. United home matches unless otherwise announced by D.C. United..
Transit. Audi Field is accessible via the Navy Yard metro station on the Green Line (closest transfer point L'Enfant Plaza); Waterfront station on the Green Line also serves the stadium (fans asked to be mindful of noise on residential streets). Accessible by the 74 and P6 Metrobus lines. Navy Yard station has more capacity and restaurants along the walk.
Rideshare. Due to high traffic around Audi Field on match days, rideshare arrivals are directed to arrive near Nationals Park before a match, and to head back toward Nationals Park before hailing a ride afterward. To reach the Rideshare Pickup Zone on Potomac Avenue, exit via Gate A and head right on Potomac Avenue toward Nationals Park. No pick-ups are allowed on South Capitol Street.
Tailgating. Tailgating is not permitted at this venue.
Accessibility. Accessible seating is available throughout the stadium; purchase via ticketmaster.com using the accessibility filter, email ticketing@dcunited.com, or visit the Box Office on matchday. The Guest Services Booth is inside Gate A. All gates are ADA accessible (access Gate C via the ramp on R St. SW near the Club Shop). Two elevators at the premium lobby serve the east stands and premium areas; an elevator in the Heineken MVP Club serves suites 27-31 and the rooftop bar. All restrooms are handicap accessible; family restrooms at sections 102, 114, 123, and 131. Service animals are welcome. Wheelchair escort service is provided by the Guest Experience team. A free ADA courtesy shuttle runs from the south side of 55 M Street SE beginning two hours before the match and one hour after; post-match drop-off/pickup is at Potomac and R St. outside the Club Shop.
Entry. No re-entry: guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium at any time. Audi Field is a smoke-free venue; smoking (including e-cigarettes and vape devices) is prohibited in every area, including surrounding sidewalks and plaza spaces. All persons entering are searched and must pass through metal detection; guests declining a search are denied access.

Levy Restaurants operates all Audi Field concessions throughout the stadium, serving a variety of food and beverage including specialty items inspired by ThinkFoodGroup, Chef Jose Andres, and the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW). Audi Field is a cashless venue.

What size bag can I bring into Audi Field?

Audi Field requires a clear bag no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". Fans are strongly encouraged not to bring bags; dedicated no-bag and bag lanes are set up at each gate. No bags larger than 14 by 14 by 6 inches. No backpacks are allowed, but cinch/drawstring bags and clear bags that fit the size restriction are permitted. Coolers, luggage, large purses, and other oversized bags are prohibited. Binbox lockers are available outside the gates to store non-compliant bags. Diapers and wipes can be carried in any compliant bag, but large diaper bags are not permitted. One-piece foam seat cushions with no cover are allowed if not exceeding 16 inches wide and without armrests or metal backs; blankets are permitted.

Can you bring outside food into Audi Field?

Outside food and beverage is prohibited at Audi Field. Certain medical exceptions and exceptions for children and infants are made on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from Audi Field management (contact guestexperience@dcunited.com). During a declared Heat Advisory, one sealed bottle of water per person, up to 20 oz, is allowed; water fountains are available for refills.
