Getting in

Transit. The stadium is in the heart of downtown Vancouver, directly next to Rogers Arena. Fans can reach it by SkyTrain, bus, SeaBus or West Coast Express train.
Accessibility. All entrances except Gates F and G are fully accessible. A dedicated accessible drop-off and pick-up is located at section 147, reachable from street level on Pacific Boulevard (there is no parking at the drop-off). All concessions, seating levels and washrooms are accessible, and family and universal washrooms are on each concourse. Accessible seating platforms are integrated throughout the seating bowl, with one attendant ticket available per accessible ticket. Accessible parking is available at nearby lots serviced by Targetpark, EasyPark, Impark and Westpark; all guests requiring accessible parking should proceed to Impark Lot 457, the adjacent lot. BC Place provides a limited number of wheelchairs for guest use; contact BC Place at 604-661-3434 or guestservices@bcplace.com in advance.
Entry. Re-entry is not permitted. All guests entering BC Place are subject to a mandatory screening procedure using hand-held (and walk-through) metal detectors, with bags inspected on arrival; secondary screening may include a pat down. BC Place is a cashless venue and a non-smoking facility.

Food worth the line

BC Place is a cashless venue; concessions accept mobile, debit and major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay, and a Cash to Card kiosk is located at section 235. Sodexo Live is the food service provider, offering concession stands, lounges and suites. Club Seat guests can access two Club Lounges with items such as sushi, garden salads, hotdogs, and charcuterie and cheese plates.

What size bag can I bring into BC Place?

BC Place requires a clear bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". For ease of entry, fans are encouraged not to bring a bag. Permitted bags must be clear plastic and smaller than 12in x 12in x 6in, or one small opaque bag no larger than 6.5in x 8.5in. Exceptions are made for diaper bags and medically necessary items that do not fit into a clear bag. Coolers are prohibited. Any bag that does not meet the requirements will be turned away at the gate. All permitted bags are inspected before entry. Bags that do not meet the guidelines can be checked at Gate C or Gate H on a first come, first served basis for a $10 charge; space is limited. Bicycles can be stored at the Bike Valet at Gate C.

Can you bring outside food into BC Place?

Outside food or drink is not permitted into the stadium. Special considerations are made for infants (bottles and unopened baby food) and for medical reasons. Bottles or containers with capacity greater than 1 litre are not permitted, and glass bottles of any size are prohibited. Empty personal water bottles up to 1 litre (with or without lids) are permitted subject to inspection and can be filled at drinking fountains on the main concourse.
