Gates. California Memorial Stadium gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Guests may enter the stadium at the gate of their choosing.
Rideshare. Ubers or Lyfts are accessible at the corner of Dana Street and Bancroft Way following the game.
Tailgating. Oski's Village at Memorial Glade (adjacent to Doe Library) is the official pregame tailgate location for every home game, free admission for all fans, with a beer garden, concessions, Kids Zone and games. Outside alcohol, grills/BBQs, glass/metal bottles, cans, umbrellas and hard coolers are prohibited in Oski's Village. Tailgate parties are allowed in the 'BBQ Exclusion Zone' provided there are NO heat-producing appliances, fuel-fired equipment or open flames. Oski's Village opens three hours prior to kickoff. Open flame/cooking permits are issued for 4 hours prior to the football game through the duration of the game ONLY. A UC Berkeley Fire Prevention Division Permit is required for all open flame/cooking appliances and fires (electric and any-fuel appliances producing open flames). Permits are NOT issued inside the 'BBQ Exclusion Zone' except in areas marked with a star. Electric food warmers (not electric cooking or open-flame appliances) are allowed without a permit only in star-designated areas. Permit applications emailed to Fireprevention@berkeley.edu.
Accessibility. California Memorial Stadium is fully accessible with ADA elevators, restrooms, concessions, water fountains and seating areas. Closed captioning is displayed at the bottom of the video board. ADA shuttle and golf cart services are available for guests with limited mobility, the elderly and pregnant women; shuttles run 1.5 hours prior to kickoff and up to 1 hour post game, with golf carts continuing during the game. Pregame shuttle pickup points: Upper Hearst Lot, Greek Theatre, Kleeberger, Prospect Ct, International House, Kroeber, Boalt Lot. Postgame pickup: Rimway Lot @ Centennial, Prospect Court Lot, Haas School of Business. For ADA ticket info contact the Athletic Ticket Office at (800) GO BEARS.
Entry. Prohibited: Backpacks, including clear backpacks, Clear bags larger than 12"x12"x6", Non-clear bags larger than 4.5"x6.5", Seat cushions larger than 18", Alcohol of any kind, Hard Plastic Bottles (Nalgene, bike water bottles, etc.), Animals, Banners / Signs, Balls or other projectiles, Weapons, Hard fruit or Vegetables (unless cut into small pieces), Glass or Metal Bottles, Cans, Open Containers, Sticks / Poles, Fireworks, Hard coolers, Umbrellas, Derogatory, profane, scantily clad, or offensive clothing, Artificial noise making devices, Video Cameras, Monos / Tripods, Professional Cameras (see policy below), Laser Pointers, Tobacco Products (including e-cigarettes), Skateboards / rollerblades / scooters / roller shoes, Balloons, Illegal drugs, Segways (ADA only), Bicycles, Tri-Bikes, Metal seatbacks. Re-entry into Memorial Stadium is not permitted. No "in and out" privileges are allowed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
