Guests can use drop-off zones on Donald Street (both sides of curb lane between Portage and Graham Avenue, and south of Graham Avenue), Portage Avenue (eastbound between Carlton and Hargrave streets in front of Newport Center, eastbound between Donald and Smith streets in front of the Radisson, and westbound between Donald Street and Hargrave Street). Transit Plus is designated for the west side curb lane on Donald Street.

What size bag can I bring into Canada Life Centre?
Bags up to 4" x 6" x 1.5" are allowed at Canada Life Centre. Bags must be 4 inches by 6 inches by 1.5 inches or smaller and will undergo contactless security screening. Exceptions are made for guests with medical and childcare or diaper bags and for media. Guests with exceptions must enter at Gate 1, Gate 3, or Gate 6 Cityplace Skywalk for mandatory X-ray screening. On-site bag check is not available. Individual tours and events may have more restrictive policies that will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
