Getting in

Transit. Chase Center is a transit-first destination. Your event ticket is your all-day complimentary Muni ticket. The T metro line serves Chase Center, with additional S trains on event days. The 78X bus runs between Chase Center and 16th St Mission BART station 2.5 hours before and 1 hour after events. Nearby BART stations are Powell St. and 16th St. Mission (transfer to Muni-T or 78X). Caltrain riders transfer to Muni at the San Francisco station or walk about 15-20 minutes from 4th and King. SF Bay Ferry runs event service to Pier 48 from Oakland/Alameda for all home games (about a 15-minute walk). The free Mission Bay Shuttle connects Mission Bay to BART and Salesforce Transit Center until 8pm weekdays.
Rideshare. Lyft is the official rideshare partner. Enter "Chase Center" as the destination and use the dedicated Lyft pick-up/drop-off zone on the corner of Warriors Way and Terry Francois Boulevard, or follow exterior signage to the nearest rideshare pick-up location.
Tailgating. Tailgating is not permitted at this venue.
Accessibility. Accessible parking is offered at the Chase Center Garage (150 Warriors Way Garage); notify attendants upon arrival for assistance. Helmets are not permitted inside Chase Center but can be checked free of charge at the Bike Valet.
Entry. Contactless entry is required through mobile ticketing; fans store and scan tickets on their mobile device via the Warriors + Chase Center app.

Food worth the line

Chase Center operates as a cashless venue. Five Cash-to-Card kiosks convert cash into a prepaid open-loop debit card accepted at all Chase Center eateries, all Warriors Shop locations, and the Box Office. Kiosk locations: Main Concourse (Portals 10 and 22), Upper Concourse (Portals 46 and 55), and by the Chase Center Box Office.

What size bag can I bring into Chase Center?

Chase Center requires a clear bag no larger than 14" x 6" x 14". Maximum bag size is 14" x 6" x 14", including all bags, purses, totes, fanny packs, diaper bags and medical bags. Bags do NOT need to be clear, but clear bags must still meet the size limit. Backpacks are prohibited except single-compartment drawstring bags and single-compartment fashion backpack-style purses. Bags larger than the size limit or prohibited bags may be checked at the Bike Valet on Terry A Francois Blvd or the Chase Center Bag Check near the East Entrance (corner of Terry A Francois Blvd and 16th Street) for a $10 donation to the Golden State/Warriors Community Foundation (subject to change). Bags smaller than 10" x 6" x 2" may be screened and enter at any entrance; larger bags up to the limit must be x-ray screened in the designated bag screening lanes.
