Getting in

Gates. Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for Sunday-Friday games and 2 hours before first pitch for Saturday games. Saturday games open 2 hours before first pitch versus 90 minutes Sunday-Friday. Advantage Members get 30-minute early entry on Fridays and Saturdays at Gates B & J (plus the Hall of Fame Museum Gate for 20-Year Club and Legacy Club Members).
Transit. Valley Metro light rail operates 365 days a year serving Phoenix, Mesa and Tempe. Trains run every 15-20 minutes and drop you off within walking distance of Chase Field. Lines: Valley Metro Rail (light rail).
Rideshare. Rideshare pickup/drop-off locations are at 5th Street north of Washington, and Jackson Street east of 9th Street.
Accessibility. ADA/disability information is available at dbacks.com/ada, with a Guide for Guests with Disabilities. A limited number of wheelchairs are available (first-come, first-served; capacity 250 lbs or less) to transport guests to and from their seats. Disability Services Manager: 602.462.6163.
Entry. Major League Baseball requires that all fans walk through a metal detector. Prohibited items include weapons, alcohol, aerosol cans, drones, umbrellas, backpacks, and bags exceeding the small-clutch size. Re-entry is allowed only at designated gates (A, F, J, and K), where guests must show their ticket and be scanned out and back in.

The Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought in.
