Getting in

Gates. General-admission Plaza Entrances (Sporting Way and State Ave Gates) open 90 minutes before kickoff for Sporting Kansas City matches; the Sporting Plaza also opens 90 minutes prior. Premium/club entries (UMB Field Club and Budweiser Brew House) open 120 minutes before kickoff, and Huhtamaki Shield Club, Buffalo Funds Executive Level and GFI Digital Argyle Club open 90 minutes before.
Rideshare. Designated rideshare pickup and drop-off point is the cutout outside of Budweiser Brew House on Village West Parkway. Hours of operation begin three hours prior to the event and end two hours post-event.
Tailgating. Tailgating is encouraged, but each vehicle can only occupy one parking space. Failure to park in a designated area may result in towing. All parking lots open 3 hours prior to game time and close 2 hours after the game (vehicles remaining after close are towed to the Red Lot). Trailers, campers, buses, RVs or any vehicle too large to occupy a single parking space are not permitted in any lot and are directed to an overflow lot near the Orange Lot (enter off State Avenue and 110th).
Accessibility. Sporting Park is fully accessible. ADA parking is available in Red Lot, NFM Lots 1 and 2, Blue Lots 1 and 2, and White Lot for all events, with a wheelchair-accessible shuttle running continuously between NFM Lot 1 and the stadium's North Premium entrance beginning 2 hours before kickoff; proof of ADA tag/placard or plate required. ADA seating is on all levels, reachable via elevators, ramps and walkways near the entrances. There are 32 ADA-accessible public restrooms with baby-changing stations, and family restrooms with adult changing tables (sections 101, 114, 121, 127, 133). Wheelchairs can be provided on request at Fan Service kiosks behind sections 101 and 132. Guide, signal and service dogs are permitted (comfort/emotional-support animals are not). Eight hearing-impaired headphone sets are at Guest Services (sections 101 and 132), communication boards are at both First Aid stations, and closed captioning is available via the Sporting KC app and the videoboard above section 134. Entry. No re-entry: fans may not exit and re-enter using the same ticket, with no exceptions. All fans are subject to a security screening prior to entry, which may include AI weapons detection, wanding, and/or pat-downs. Smoking, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco are not allowed anywhere at Sporting Park. Firearms (including concealed-carry) and other weapons are prohibited on the property.

Parking lots

Orange Lot. Free for all non-Season Ticket Members who don't have a parking pass; overflow lot for oversized vehicles is located near it (enter off State Avenue and 110th).
White Lot. Complimentary parking for all Season Ticket Members; ADA parking available.
Blue Lot 1. Available to Huhtamaki Shield Club and Premium Terrace Table Season Ticket Members; limited public purchase as space allows via SeatGeek; ADA parking available.
Blue Lot 2. Available to purchase via SeatGeek, open to anyone, and to Season Ticket Members; ADA parking available.
NFM Lot 1. Nebraska Furniture Mart lot north of the stadium plaza; UMB Field Club Season Ticket Members and Suite purchasers; primary ADA lot with accessible shuttle to the North Premium entrance.
NFM Lot 2. Purchase via SeatGeek, open to anyone; $20 upgrade for closest single-match parking, MLS Regular Season matches only; ADA parking available.
Red Lot. Media and Premium Season Ticket Members; ADA parking available; vehicles left in other lots after close are towed here.
Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. Free parking garage with expedited shuttle to and from the stadium operating 2 hours before kickoff to 1 hour after the final whistle; must be 21+ to enter casino; surface lot available for families/under-21.

What size bag can I bring into Children's Mercy Park?

Children's Mercy Park requires a clear bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". If you bring a bag it must be clear. Only clear bags measuring 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller are permitted after inspection. Small clutch purses measuring 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller are also permitted after inspection. Backpacks (including purse backpacks, clear backpacks, and drawstring/cinch bags of any kind or size) are not permitted. Fans may bring one empty soft plastic water bottle up to 20 ounces OR one factory-sealed filled water bottle up to 20 ounces; water filling stations are throughout the stadium. No cans, thermoses, glass, aluminum, or hard plastic bottles. Parents with small children may bring soft-sided plastic bottles of formula, milk or juice when accompanied by the child. All bottles are subject to inspection, and caps may be required to be removed based on the match risk assessment.
