Citizens Bank Park

Gates. Regular season: Monday-Friday the Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate partially open 2 hours prior to first pitch (Pass & Stow, New Era Phillies Team Store, Coca-Cola Corner, Ashburn Alley, GHOST Energy Deck, The Yard and select seating); Saturday and Sunday those gates partially open 2 1/2 hours prior. The remaining gates and the entire ballpark open 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Times are subject to change. The Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate open earlier for partial access (2 hours before first pitch Monday-Friday; 2 1/2 hours before first pitch Saturday and Sunday), while all remaining gates and the full ballpark open 90 minutes before first pitch.

Rideshare. Lot T is the designated Uber RideShare lot and, on event days, the only location to drop off and receive an Uber and other rideshare pickups. Fans exit the Third Base Gate and walk along Pattison Avenue toward Broad Street to enter the lot and request a vehicle. Drivers must be online and actively accepting trips to enter/remain in the zone; no parking or idling is permitted and unattended vehicles are subject to towing.

Tailgating. Tailgating is permitted in Lots A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots west of Darien Street and north of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots open five hours prior to the scheduled start time; non-tailgating lots open three hours prior. There is no advertising, selling, or vending of any kind in any Citizens Bank Park parking lot, including tailgates with an unapproved sponsor attached.

Accessibility. Designed with an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) consultant to be universally accessible. All guests enter on the Main Concourse at street level, and there are wheelchair-accessible gates at every bank of turnstiles. The ballpark is equipped with 15 elevators, escalators, ramps and stairways to service guests with disabilities; wheelchair and companion seating is available (Field, Pavilion/Arcade, Scoreboard Porch and Terrace levels); and wheelchair service can be requested at any entry gate.

Entry. There is a no re-entry policy in effect at Citizens Bank Park; tickets do not entitle the holder to reenter the ballpark after leaving the ticketed area. Citizens Bank Park is a smoke-free facility. Certified service dogs (or service dogs in training) for guests with special needs are welcome; all other animals are prohibited. Umbrellas are permitted. Prohibited items and security screening are governed by the Guest Code of Conduct.

Lot T (Uber RideShare Lot). Designated Uber RideShare lot for all Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center events. Fans exit the Third Base Gate and walk along Pattison Avenue toward Broad Street to enter the lot; it includes an Uber-branded lounge with seating and a charging station. On event days this is the only location to drop off and receive an Uber and other rideshare pickups.

Lots M and N. Bus parking ($60); groups can prepay for bus parking here.

Lots V and R. Limited (non-tailgating) bus parking available in between Lot V and R.

Lots A-H, M, N & O. Tailgating permitted in these lots; tailgating lots open five hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Live! casino lots (North 10th Street). Preferred and Pre-Paid parking passes will not be accepted in the Live! casino lots; fans are encouraged to park in Phillies designated lots instead.
