Getting in

Gates. For Seattle Storm games, all doors will open 60 minutes prior to tipoff..
Transit. All guests receive a free King County public transit pass alongside their ticket for every publicly ticketed event, usable from two hours before doors open to two hours after the event, and also valid on the Seattle Center Monorail. The Monorail is a 90-second ride from downtown Seattle to Seattle Center, a short walk from the arena. Bus and Light Rail service the arena and Seattle Center; use the King County trip planner to plan a ride.
Rideshare. Lyft is the official rideshare partner. Pre-event: rideshare vehicles are prohibited from dropping off on 1st Ave N; best drop-off locations are Republican St & Warren Ave N, MoPOP turnaround, Mercer St (McCaw Hall Drop Off Zone), and Denny Way (Pacific Science Center Drop Off Zone). Post-event: for 45 minutes rideshare pickup is prohibited on 1st Ave N; the two pickup locations are the MoPOP Museum and the Space Needle (Broad St).
Accessibility. All parking garages on campus have ADA accessible parking spaces (closest ADA parking is in the Arena Garage and 1st Ave N Garage); spaces cannot be reserved. Wheelchair and low-mobility (semi-ambulatory) seating is available on all levels, purchasable on Ticketmaster. Limited-mobility drop-off locations are along 1st Ave N (running the length of the building and half a block past Harrison Street) and at Republican and Warren Street at the north end of the Seattle Center campus. Ten elevators serve ticket holders and guests with disabilities, plus elevators in the arena garage. Accessible entries: one lane at each of Alaska Airlines Entry 1 and Entry 8 is designated for guests with disabilities, and Entry 3 (NW side) for American Express Hall. Complimentary assistive listening devices, closed captioning, ASL interpreting (10 business days notice), sensory bags and a Sensory Room, wheelchair assistance, and service animals (ADA) are available. All public restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Entry. Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Climate Pledge Arena. The venue is a cashless facility (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards accepted; a reverse ATM converts cash to a VISA card). The arena is a smoke-free, vape-free venue. Camping and the use of tents on the arena plaza is prohibited.

Food worth the line

The food and beverage program at Climate Pledge Arena (branded the Climate Collective) is run with partner Delaware North and offers marketplaces, clubs, and lounges with Pacific Northwest sourced, sustainability-focused menus. Availability varies by event. The arena participates in a Liquor & Cannabis Board pilot allowing guests to move freely around the arena with mixed drinks.

Climate Pledge Arena requires a clear bag no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". Guests are encouraged not to bring a bag if possible. Permitted bags: ONE bag (clear or other) no larger than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in, 2 pockets maximum, OR one small clutch/purse/wallet no larger than 4 in x 6 in x 1.5 in. All bags larger than a clutch (including medical, diaper/parenting, and clear bags) must go through X-ray screening at designated bag lines located at primary entries. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items and diaper/parenting bags. Binocular cases must be no larger than 4 in x 6 in x 1.5 in. Security reserves the right to inspect all bags prior to entry.

Outside alcohol, food, and beverage are prohibited (listed as prohibited items). Reusable non-glass water bottles up to 32 oz are permitted and must be empty upon entry.
