Getting in

Rideshare. College Park Center typically offers drop-off and pick-up areas at Gate 1, at the intersection of Spaniolo Drive and Third Street, and at Moritz Plaza, at the intersection of Spaniolo Drive and Second Street. Buses and cars may drop off and pick up near Arlington Hall, but vehicles are not permitted to park there. Drop-off locations occasionally change due to road closures.
Accessibility. College Park Center meets or exceeds ADA requirements with at-grade entries, 71 wheelchair positions at the concourse level with 71 adjacent companion seats, assisted listening devices, and three passenger elevators. ADA accessible seating and companion seating is available on the main concourse level in sections 101, 103, 104 and 107. Guest Services (behind section 103) offers wheelchair escorts, assisted listening device checkout, and lost and found; it opens 30 minutes before scheduled door time. One elevator is inside Gate 1 and two are on the main concourse near sections 104-105 and 110. Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA regulations. Sign language interpretation can be requested at least 45 days prior. ADA accessible parking spaces are offered in all on-site garages and lots open for the event. The venue is KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Certified with sensory bags and quiet areas (First Aid room by section 105 and Nancy Best Terrace by section 109). Entry. All patrons are required to submit to security screening before entry, including bag check, hand-wanding, and walk-through magnetometers. College Park Center reserves the right to deny entry or eject any guest who declines to be searched or who breaches venue policies or brings prohibited items. Prohibited items include outside food, beverage and alcohol, weapons of any kind, glass containers, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, helium balloons, tripods/monopods, glitter/confetti/streamers, and large signs or flags larger than 11x17" or with poles or sticks. The University of Texas at Arlington is a tobacco-free campus; use of tobacco products and e-cigs is prohibited inside or outside the arena.

Food worth the line

Concession stands and kiosks on the main concourse offer fan favorites such as barbecue, hot dogs, nachos, pizza, popcorn, soda, and beer. Cash and credit cards are accepted at concessions; kiosks are cash only. All concessions are provided by an exclusive in-house food vendor. Alcohol sales vary by event type; guests must be 21 with valid ID, and beer sales are limited to two per customer per purchase.

College Park Center requires a clear bag no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". A clear bag policy is in full effect for all events at College Park Center. Approved bags: clear plastic storage bag (one gallon re-sealable); clear tote bag (plastic, vinyl, or PVC) not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"; small clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 8.5" with or without a handle or strap; and medically necessary items including small diaper bags (with accompanying infant/child) after inspection at a designated gate. Prohibited bags: backpacks, large bags, fanny packs, purses, binocular cases (may be worn on neck), briefcases, camera or computer bags, cinch bags, coolers, large diaper bags, seat cushions, and luggage of any kind.

Can you bring outside food into College Park Center?

Outside food or beverage are not allowed in College Park Center. Guests may dispose of or return to their vehicles any unauthorized items prior to entering; items will not be stored, secured, or kept for return.
