Transit. Valley Metro Rail (light rail) serves the venue. Southbound from Metro Parkway: exit at Downtown Phoenix Hub - 1st Ave platform and walk about 0.3 mile, or transfer at the Jefferson St platform and exit at 3rd St/Jefferson. Northbound from Baseline/Central Ave: exit at Downtown Phoenix Hub - Central Ave platform and walk about 0.3 mile, or transfer and exit at 3rd St/Jefferson. Westbound from Gilbert Rd/Main St: exit at 3rd St/Washington. Eastbound: board at Jefferson St platform, exit at 3rd St/Jefferson. Bus stops and light rail stations are all on accessible routes to and from the venue.

Rideshare. Lyft drop-off locations: 1st Street/Jefferson (Mortgage Matchup Center Plaza); S 2nd Street (The Ryan); S 3rd Street (Phoenix Convention Center); E Jefferson Street (Hotel Palomar/Arrogant Butcher). Lyft pick-up: S 3rd Street & E Jefferson Street (Phoenix Convention Center).

Accessibility. Located in downtown Phoenix; light rail and bus stops are all on accessible routes. Event drop-off is on 3rd St. just south of Jefferson at the green curb; will-call/ticket-office drop-off is on 1st St. just north of Madison (no parking or leaving vehicles unattended in drop-off zones). Accessible parking spaces available first-come first-served in the Mortgage Matchup Center Garage (all floors) and Jefferson Garage (floors 1-5). Service animals welcome (emotional support/therapy/comfort animals not permitted). Certified sensory-inclusive venue (Kulture City partner) with a sensory room in the Guest Services Office in the Pavilion and checkout sensory bags. OneCourt haptic feedback devices for blind/low-vision guests, Assistive Listening Devices, ASL interpreting (request at least two weeks ahead), and captioning at all Suns and Mercury games (streamable via app or nba.com/suns/cc). Wheelchair accessible seating at all price points first-come first-served (call 602-379-7800); wheelchair escorts available from any entrance or the Guest Services Office. All restrooms on all levels are accessible, with gender-neutral/family restrooms on all levels and an adult-sized changing station in the pavilion family restroom. Entry. Re-entry is not permitted for any games, concerts, or events. Mortgage Matchup Center is a fully cashless environment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover; reverse ATMs available). Children thirty-six months of age and older require a valid ticket; children under thirty-six months may be admitted without a ticket if seated on a parent or guardian's lap (certain events may require a ticket for all ages). Smoke-free facility. All tickets are mobile only via the Ticketmaster app or the official Suns-Mercury-Arena app.
