Gainbridge Fieldhouse

Gates. For Fever games only, doors will open 90 minutes prior to tip off, unless otherwise noted. To verify doors for a specific event, call (317) 917-2500.

Transit. IndyGo bus services run to and from Gainbridge Fieldhouse; schedules vary by route. Contact IndyGo at (317) 635-3344 or IndyGo.net, including Open Door service for guests with disabilities. No specific route/line numbers are given on the page.

Rideshare. Guests using a rideshare service such as Lyft can drop off on several streets surrounding Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and may request a ride from the venue on surrounding streets.

Accessibility. Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking facilities surrounding the Fieldhouse; the Virginia Avenue Garage connects via pedestrian bridge (third floor) giving access to all seating. Drivers dropping off guests with limited mobility may use the designated drop-off on Pennsylvania Street directly in front of the Fieldhouse (one-way southbound). Wheelchair escort assistance is available from the Ascension St. Vincent Entry Pavilion to seating (limited availability, transport only). Elevators are in the northeast area on all levels; escalators serve Main Concourse and Balcony levels plus the pedestrian bridge. All restrooms are accessible; gender-neutral restrooms are on all levels (KeyBank Suite Level near Suite 1, Main Concourse by Section 2, Krieg DeVault Level by Section 109, Balcony Level by Sections 204 and 216). Assistive Listening Devices are free on request (pick up at Guest Services, Main Concourse near Section 2). Captioning boards are above Sections 1/20, 7, and 14 during Pacers and Fever games; ASL interpreters can be requested at least two weeks prior; live captioning via the Pacers and Fever apps. Audio Description offered for select events. Braille signage throughout. Sensory accommodations via KultureCity: sensory bags and weighted lap pads (free, leave an ID) at Guest Services desks, and a Sensory Room on the Krieg DeVault Level at Section 119. Accessible seating (wheelchair locations and modified aisle seats) is available through Ticketmaster or the Box Office. Service animals are welcome.

Entry. No re-entry: all exits past the ticket point are final and guests may not leave an event and re-enter the same event. For Pacers and Fever games, once a child reaches 24 months old a ticket is required for admission; some events require all guests to have a ticket regardless of age.

Virginia Avenue Parking Garage. On the northeast corner of the building; the closest covered parking option, connected to the Fieldhouse via covered sky bridge on the third floor. Entrance is off Maryland Street. Referenced elsewhere on the site (a-z-guide Box Office) as the Virginia Ave. Parking Garage at 155 Delaware St.

Street parking. From garages to street parking, there are several parking options throughout downtown Indianapolis within walking distance of the Fieldhouse.
