Getting in

Gates. Night games: entries open 2 hours before game time (lots open 2.5 hours before). Day games: entries open 1.5 hours before game time (lots open 2 hours before).
Rideshare. Uber and Lyft are available in the rideshare pick-up zone located at the Chatman Cutoff (marked on the parking map). After Globe Life Field events, pickups are not allowed on Randoll Mill.
Accessibility. ADA parking is available in all general admission lots on a first-come, first-served basis (no option to select ADA parking when pre-purchasing online); ADA carts are available from each lot on request. A complimentary accessible shuttle runs from the parking lots to the gates (available ~30 minutes before gates open through ~30 minutes after the game), and complimentary wheelchair escort service is offered between gates and ticketed seats. Accessible seating is available throughout the ballpark, along with assistive listening devices, closed captioning, a Sensory Room and KultureCity sensory bags, noise-cancelling headphones, family restrooms, Mother's Rooms, and service animals are welcome.

Outside food is allowed inside Globe Life Field as long as it is in a sealed clear quart-sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring one sealed non-flavored water (plastic bottle up to 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket are permitted. Additional exceptions are made for dietary concerns and infants.
