Getting in

Gates. Gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game Monday–Thursday and 90 minutes prior Friday–Sunday. Opening Day (3/26) gates open 2 hours prior. The Season Ticket Member gate on Crosley Terrace opens 30 minutes before normal gate opening. Gate opening varies by day of week: 60 minutes before first pitch Mon–Thu, 90 minutes Fri–Sun. 2026 exceptions: Opening Day (3/26) 2 hours prior; Kids Opening Day (3/28) shortly after the player parade; April 25 gates at 5:30 p.m. (Hall of Fame Induction); June 24 2 hours prior; Sept 14, 15, 16 each 90 minutes prior. The Reds reserve the right to alter entry times in coordination with the City of Cincinnati.
Transit. The Connector streetcar runs a 3.6-mile loop connecting The Banks, Downtown and Over-the-Rhine; it is free to ride and Station 1 at The Banks is just steps from the ballpark. Cincinnati Metro buses serve Hamilton County; the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) provides bus service to and from Northern Kentucky; ACCESS provides transportation for guests with disabilities. Lines: The Connector (streetcar), Cincinnati Metro (bus), Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK).
Accessibility. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible facility. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging at no cost. Accessible parking is offered in the East section of the Central Riverfront Garage and in the East Garage (pay-upon-entry, credit card only). Accessible pickup/drop-off zones are located on Joe Nuxhall Way (between Mehring Way and Freedom Way) and at the corner of Broadway and Mehring Way; vehicles displaying a valid accessible placard or plate may enter starting 1/2 hour before gates open until about 1 hour after the game. Assisted Listening Devices and dedicated captioning boards are available.
Entry. All fans and staff must undergo a metal detector scan (wallets, keys and phones may stay in pockets or be held above the head); all carry-in items are inspected at entry and are subject to search at any time inside. Guests who refuse metal detection or item inspection are refused entry or asked to leave. Prohibited items include weapons/firearms (including valid CCW), hard-sided coolers, backpacks/multi-pocket bags, bags larger than 16x16x8, glass bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, aerosols (spray sunscreen and bug spray permitted), drones, and noisemakers. Limited re-entry is permitted only through the designated Gapper's Alley gate, subject to metal detection, with no carry-in items allowed through the re-entry gate.

Parking lots

Central Riverfront Garage. Formerly the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage. Managed by ACE Parking; lots open 5 hours before game time. Day-of-game parking: eastern side $30 ($33 weekends), western side $25 ($30 weekends). Pay-upon-entry, credit card ONLY. Accessible parking is available in the East section. East Garage. Day-of-game parking $17 ($25 weekends); accessible parking $16-$17. Pay-upon-entry, credit card only.
Broadway Ave Lot. Day-of-game parking $30. Pay-upon-entry, credit card only.

Delaware North (Sportservice) operates all food and beverage stands, which are cashless-only (Cash-to-Card kiosks available). Local signature offerings include Skyline Chili, LaRosa's Pizza, Montgomery Inn BBQ, Graeter's ice cream, Big Red (Smokey) and Mr. Red's Smokehouse, alongside Chick-fil-A, Penn Station, and an All-You-Can-Eat stand.
