Getting in

Transit. Game-day shuttle buses depart from the Skytop Office Building (South Campus), Comstock Parking Lot, and Colvin Parking Lot and drop off at College Place; during events the shuttle runs every 15 minutes from College Place back to the parking lots.
Rideshare. Designated rideshare pick-up/drop-off at the Waverly Avenue & South Crouse Avenue intersection (the 'Newhouse Loop'), next to the SI Newhouse School; exit the Dome at Gates M & N. A secondary rideshare location is on the Waverly Avenue side of Bird Library.
Tailgating. Tailgating is permitted only within the lined parking space directly behind or in front of your parked vehicle; other parking spaces cannot be used for tailgating or other purposes. Excessive consumption of alcohol on University property is prohibited and impaired patrons may be denied entry. Smoking and tobacco use are prohibited on all Syracuse University property, including parking lots and garages.

Assistive listening devices are available free at Guest Services (Section 107). All restrooms are handicap accessible; family/gender-neutral restrooms are near Sections 104, 117, 122, 123, 124. A Quiet Room / sensory-friendly space is at Section 119, and KultureCity sensory-inclusive bags are available at Guest Services.
Entry. Prohibited: Alcohol of any kind, Coolers – including small soft sided coolers, Open Bottled Water, Food or Beverage – excluding items needed for health/special reasons, Weapons – including pocket knives, Back Packs or Large Purses, Baby Strollers, Skateboards or Recreational Scooters, Balloons, Animals – excluding certified service animals, Balls, Bats, Frisbees, Sticks, Noise Makers or Air Horns, Banners or Signs on Poles, Camcorders, Cameras with 6” or larger zoom lens, Video Recording Equipment, including GoPro Cameras, Sticks and Tripods, Laptops, iPads or similar tablet devices, Laser Pointers, Confetti, Body and Face Paint, Umbrellas - Small personal umbrellas are permitted to be carried into the JMA Dome. Large umbrellas with a plastic or metal tip are not permitted.. "All bags are subject to search upon entry and subject to additional search within the stadium."

Food worth the line

The JMA Dome is a cashless venue: major credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are accepted at all concession and merchandise stands; cash is not accepted and there are no ATMs. Two cash-to-card (reverse ATM) machines are available at Gate B and Gate C. Beer is limited to two per purchase and sales close at the end of halftime, except the 'Cuse Chicken stand (Sec 106), the Loud House Grill (Sec 111), and Miron Victory Court, which serve alcohol through the end of the 3rd quarter.
