Getting in

Gates. The gates to Kenan Stadium will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff..
Transit. Chapel Hill Transit runs the Tar Heel Express gameday shuttle; $5 round-trip, cashless only (Google Pay, Apple Pay, major credit cards). Friday Center pickup starts 3 hours before kickoff; Southern Village and Carolina Coffee Shop start 1.5 hours before kickoff. Buses depart every 10-15 minutes until game time and run continuously for about 45 minutes after the game.
Rideshare. Taxi, Uber and Lyft may drop off and pick up passengers along the South Columbia bus lane between Manning Drive and South Road.
Tailgating. REVELxp offers reserved turnkey tailgates in premium locations including the Bell Tower and the amphitheater outside the Kenan Football Center, plus other spots surrounding Kenan Stadium (reserve via unc@revelxp.com or 919-869-5486). Rameses Recycles tailgate recycling accepts recyclables in paper bags only (no longer in plastic bags); fans are asked to tailgate responsibly and leave their space clean.
Accessibility. ADA parking is in the Ambulatory Care Center Lot (ACC) off Mason Farm Road, $25 (card only), and must be accompanied by a valid state disability plate, placard or permit. Wheelchair-accessible vans/buses shuttle to Gate 2 (north side) and Gate 6 (south side) beginning 3 hours prior to the game and operating until 10 minutes after kickoff. Accessible seating is in sections 100, 112-119, and 131. Parking permits are not valid before 8:00 a.m. Accommodation requests via the Accessibility Request Form, adatickets@unc.edu, or 919-962-2296.
Entry. Re-entry is not permitted.

Food worth the line

Food and drink concession stands are located throughout Kenan Stadium and are cashless (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay). Beer and wine are sold at multiple locations; fans are limited to two alcoholic beverages per transaction, with alcohol sales starting when gates open and ending at the start of the fourth quarter.

What size bag can I bring into Kenan Stadium?

Kenan Stadium requires a clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed. Necessary medical items are allowed following inspection at entry gates. Up to two unopened 20 ounce or smaller bottles of water per person, plus empty drink containers that can be filled at drinking fountains. Exceptions: camera bags, binocular cases, seat cushions with pockets, and clear backpacks if they are not larger than the dimensions. All prohibited items must be returned to your vehicles or discarded at the gates.
