Transit. loanDepot park is served by two Miami-Dade Metrorail stops within a mile of the ballpark (Culmer and Civic Center), the Tri Rail Connection via the Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Station to MiamiCentral Station, eight Metrobus routes, and the City of Miami Trolley. Brightline offers a HOME RUNNER train to MiamiCentral Station with complimentary round-trip shuttle service to and from the ballpark (drop-off/pick-up at East Lot 1); shuttles depart MiamiCentral ~10 minutes after each HOME RUNNER arrival and depart the ballpark ~45 minutes before each designated departure.
Rideshare. A dedicated rideshare lot is no longer available at loanDepot park; rideshare services are now a short distance and walk from the ballpark. Fans using a ride-sharing service, including Brightline shuttles, must be picked up at East Lot 1 located at 1380 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33125. Rideshare apps geofence to this area and direct riders appropriately; heavy usage and long wait times should be anticipated.
Accessibility. Accessible parking is available in all four parking garages and two surface lots (East Lot 2 & East Lot 3) on a first-come, first-served basis; a hanging placard or disability license plate is required and event rates apply. Wheelchair-accessible and semi-ambulatory seats with operable armrests are located on all ballpark levels, with one companion/escort permitted. Amenities include Braille and tactile signs, closed captioning on the Legends Level, electrical outlets for recharging wheelchairs/medical equipment, and wheelchair transportation/assistance (request at any entrance or text 305-480-4999). Miami-Dade Paratransit (STS) uses the designated drop-off/pick-up at the corner of NW 6th Street & NW 16th Avenue.
Entry. Guests and their belongings are inspected before entering the ballpark. Prohibited items include weapons of any kind (regardless of permit), aerosol cans, hard-sided coolers/containers, glass/metal/aluminum containers, outside alcoholic beverages, soft/sports/energy drinks, drones, selfie sticks and full-sized sticks/poles, laser pointers, and amplified noise-making devices. Re-entry is not permitted on the same ticket, except in an emergency or to patronize the New Era Team Store (see a Guest Experience Team Member before exiting). loanDepot park is a cashless ballpark - only electronic payment is accepted (reverse cash-to-card ATMs are available at Section 3).
