Getting in

Gates. Gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff (standard gate opening is 1.5 hours prior to posted kickoff time for all stadium gates and the west lobby)..
Transit. Take COTA public transit; a COTA bus stop map (PDF) is provided. A pedestrian bridge over the Olentangy River connects the Olentangy Trail to Astor Park for cycling access from the west or east via W. Nationwide Blvd. Franklinton Cycle Works offers free bike valet east of the pedestrian bridge, beginning four hours before kickoff.
Rideshare. Rideshare (Lyft/Uber) drop-off and pick-up is located on Hanover Street, just south of Nationwide Boulevard. The A-Z guide adds that fans may use the Hanover Street / Huntington Park Lane shoulders as drop-off and pick-up zones.
Tailgating. Tailgating is not permitted at this venue.
Accessibility. ScottsMiracle-Gro Field is ADA compliant. Accessible parking is reserved in advance via arenadistrict.parkmobile.io, with accessible shuttles running from the Front Street Garage to the AEP Gate. An ADA shuttle picks up at Marconi Blvd near the Front Street Garage and drops off at Hocking St. and Nationwide Blvd. at the stadium; it runs from five hours before kickoff until three hours after the match. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point without advance arrangement. All restrooms are accessible, with family/unisex restrooms on the 100 and 200 levels. The Chase Sensory Suite provides two sensory rooms and Sensory Inclusion Packs are available at the Koorsen Guest Services Center.
Entry. No re-entry is permitted for any ScottsMiracle-Gro Field event unless in the case of a medical emergency; once you exit the secured area you cannot re-enter. All guests are subject to security screening; failure to submit may result in denial of entry. Tickets are required for all individuals aged 3 and older. The venue is a tobacco-free facility (smoking, vaping, and marijuana/THC prohibited inside).

ScottsMiracle-Gro Field is a fully cashless venue. Cash2Card machines that convert cash to a prepaid debit card are located at the Crew Shop and Section 108 on the Main Concourse.

ScottsMiracle-Gro Field requires a clear bag no larger than 5" x 8" x 1". Non-clear clutch bags smaller than 5 x 8 x 1 inches, diaper bags, and medical bags are permitted following inspection (the A-Z guide adds a required bag tag). All bags are subject to inspection and may be refused. Guests with medical or childcare needs may carry a single bag; notify a security supervisor at the gate. Prohibited bags must be returned to the vehicle or left at the bag check tent outside the Northwest Gate on the northwest corner of the stadium.

Outside food and beverage is a prohibited item. Cups, souvenir cups, and empty bottles may not be brought into the stadium, and outside cans and bottles (including water bottles) are prohibited. Exception: during National Weather Service Heat Advisories on matchday, empty plastic water bottles under 20 oz are permitted through security.
