Getting in

Gates. General doors for regular-season Trail Blazers games will open 75 minutes prior to tip-off. Dr. Jack's will open 3 hours prior to tip-off.
Rideshare. Lyft is the Official Rideshare Partner of Moda Center. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off locations are along NE Multnomah St. and NE Wheeler Ave., right outside the east entry.
Accessibility. The Rose Quarter campus has four parking garages each with ADA accessible parking on most levels; the dedicated ADA entrance is on P3 in the Garden Garage on the north end of Moda Center. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Wheeler Ave and Multnomah Street. Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels at Moda Center (seats indicated with a 'WC' next to the section number), with up to 3 companion seats per accessible seat and limited-mobility seats also available; identify the need at time of purchase. Complimentary wheelchair escorts can be arranged via a Guest Information Booth or by calling 503-797-9750 (Moda Center). Assisted Listening Devices are provided free of charge with a valid ID from Guest Information Booths. Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted. Sign language interpreters (ASL) must be requested in writing at least 2 weeks before the event via the Box Office (503-797-9619). All restrooms are accessible with changing tables. Sensory Inclusive venue (KultureCity) with sensory bags and a Sensory Room at Moda Center. OneCourt haptic devices for blind, low-vision and sensory-need guests are available first-come first-served at Moda Center information booths (North A7, South A23, 300 Level C33).
Entry. No re-entry is permitted for events at the Rose Quarter. Moda Center is a cash-free venue accepting credit, debit, prepaid cards and Apple Pay only (reverse ATMs and cash-to-card kiosks available). The Rose Quarter is a smoke-free and vape-free campus. Everyone entering is subject to security screening (Evolv Express technology at select entrances) and may be sent to secondary screening. Guests may line up on campus beginning at 8:00 AM on the day of the event; overnight camping is prohibited.

Parking lots

Garden Garage. 1038 total spaces including 24 ADA accessible spaces and 8 EV charging stations; physically attached to the north end of Moda Center.
Annex Garage. 350 total spaces including 9 ADA accessible spaces and 2 EV charging stations.
West Broadway Garage. 554 total spaces including 12 ADA accessible spaces and 7 EV charging stations; East/West garages have a max height clearance of 8'2".
East Broadway Garage. 533 total spaces including 14 ADA accessible spaces and 11 EV charging stations; East/West garages have a max height clearance of 8'2".
Benton Surface Lot. 92 total spaces including 3 ADA accessible spaces; oversized vehicles and buses are directed here at $40 per event (this lot is sometimes reserved and not available).
Off-Site Parking lots (Lloyd District). Over 1700 spaces located five blocks away at NE 7th and Multnomah; offered only during Blazer home games, with MAX trains about every 5 minutes from NE 7th and Holladay, dropping off at the Rose Quarter Transit Station.

Food worth the line

The Rose Quarter offers a wide variety of local food options at events (not every option is available for every event). Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available; see the Concessions Guide. All Moda Center concession stands accept debit and credit cards (cash-free venue).

What size bag can I bring into Moda Center?

Bags up to 14" x 14" x 6" are allowed at Moda Center, and they do not have to be clear. Bag size limit depends on event type. Basketball events (NBA, WNBA): bags up to 10" x 6" x 2", aligned to the NBA and WNBA bag policy. Non-basketball events: bags up to 14" x 14" x 6". All outside food and beverages are prohibited from Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum, with exceptions for medical and children's needs (child bags, bottles and specific foods must enter through a bag line and go through search/x-ray). Empty non-glass water bottles up to 32 oz are allowed inside except on General Admission floors.
