Getting in

Transit. Pirates encourage fans to park in the Golden Triangle in one of the eight Pittsburgh Parking Authority garages downtown and take the free 'T' service or walk across the Roberto Clemente Bridge. The First Avenue garage connects to the First Avenue 'T' station; fans can ride free to Wood Street Station and walk across the Andy Warhol (7th Street) Bridge to PNC Park. Accessibility. Accessible parking is available first-come, first-served in lots surrounding PNC Park (ALCO Parking Corporation, 412-323-4455). Drop-off zones with curb cuts are along Mazeroski Way and West General Robinson Street. Elevators serve Right Field (Sec 101), Right Suite Entrance (Sec 113), Press Entrance (Sec 117), Left Suite Entrance (Sec 125) and the Left Field Lounge; two escalator sets serve the Home Plate entrance and Stargell Gate. Accessible seating is throughout the ballpark, with wheelchairs, assisted-listening and noise-cancelling headphones, sensory bags/room, and a quiet room available at Main Guest Relations at the bottom of the Home Plate Rotunda. Service animals are permitted.
Entry. All guests and bags are subject to search on entry and within the ballpark by walk-through metal detection, bag checks, pat-down or otherwise. Prohibited/hazardous items include Bluetooth speakers, inflatable balls, hoverboards, balloons, motorcycle helmets, frisbee discs, drones, laser pointers, fireworks and footballs; weapons and other dangerous or hazardous items are not permitted. Prohibited beverages include alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses.

What size bag can I bring into PNC Park?

PNC Park requires a clear bag no larger than 8" x 5" x 1". PNC Park enforces a 'No-Bag' policy for entry. Exceptions: bags used for medical/ADA reasons, diaper bags for infants/small toddlers, and small clutch purses no larger than 8" x 5" x 1". Medical-reason bags may be brought in after being searched by security and tagged with a game/event band. Soft-sided coolers and soft-sided briefcases are permitted; hard-sided coolers and briefcases, ice packs and cooler inserts are NOT permitted. Express lanes are offered at each gate for guests not carrying bags.

Can you bring outside food into PNC Park?

Guests may bring bottled water and food. Water bottles must not exceed 24 oz and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children's juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed. Outside food and beverage is not permitted into the Home Plate Club, Suite Level, or Left Field Lounge areas.
