Getting in

Gates. General Admission gates open one (1) hour prior to Union game time. Clubs & Suites and the Subaru Gate open 90 minutes prior to game time; the Heineken Deck opens 90 minutes prior. Fans can also enter through the Supporters Gate and walk up the staircase behind Section 102.. Subaru Plaza opens 2 hours before kickoff; Clubs & Suites, the Subaru Gate and the Heineken Deck open 90 minutes before; General Admission opens 1 hour before Union game time..
Transit. Take the SEPTA Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line to the Chester Transportation Center. A free shuttle runs to Subaru Park every 20 minutes, picking up at the corner of Seaport Drive and Reaney Street (across from Lot D). Additional details in the packet (service beginning four hours prior to game time, Philadelphia Union matches only, show a SEPTA ticket to board, returning shuttles along Front Street / Seaport Drive by the Subaru Gate) appear on the guide and directions pages rather than the cited transportation page.
Tailgating. Tailgating is permitted within two (2) feet of the back bumper of your vehicle. Tailgating in empty stalls is prohibited. Fans may also tailgate on the grass area of Subaru Plaza only (not on the concrete vendor area). Space is very limited as cars are parked next to each other on arrival. A parking permit is valid for one space only; spots cannot be reserved or saved.
Accessibility. All public entrances are ADA accessible. ADA parking is in Lot F ($30 tax included per game in 2026, first-come first-serve; state-issued disabled parking ID required). ADA seating is available on all levels (in front of Sections 114, 115, 119, 120, 122, 123, 124, 130, 131, 132 and top of Sections 114 and 120). Three elevators are located behind Section 117, Section 107/108 and Section 122. Family restrooms (accessible, with baby changing tables) are behind Sections 124, 106 and on the Suite Level outside Suites 331 and 313. Personal Care Attendants accommodated; contact Fan Services at 1-877-21-UNION.
Entry. No re-entry: guests may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket (except in an emergency with a gate supervisor's signature on the ticket stub). Smoking is not allowed at Subaru Park. All guests are security screened via Evolv Express systems and subject to bag search on entry. There are four public entrances: the IBX Gate (northeast), the Subaru Gate (northwest), the Supporter's Gate (southwest), and the Club and Suite Entrance (north side).

There are 15 concession stands and 25 portable carts located throughout the stadium serving a variety of food and drinks.

Subaru Park requires a clear bag no larger than 14" x 14" x 6". All bags must be clear and smaller than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in to be permitted into Subaru Park. All carry-ins are subject to inspection upon entry. Bags that are not clear, backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, computer bags and luggage of any kind are prohibited.
