T-Mobile 'Pen gates (Center Field Gate and T-Mobile Member Gate) open 2 hours before first pitch; all other gates open 90 minutes before. Parking-garage skybridge entries (Terrace/Suite Level, Diamond Club, Press Club, Premier Seats, Hit it Here Café) also open 90 minutes prior. Gate times may vary for special events such as Opening Day, promotions, the Postseason and large non-baseball events including concerts.
Transit. King County Metro offers a variety of accessible services, but no regular-route stops are located adjacent to the ballpark. Metro's ACCESS service and paratransit vans load/unload along the east curb of Occidental Avenue S. next to the parking plaza. More options at Mariners.com/Transportation. Lines: King County Metro.
Rideshare. Guests using rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber should use the designated rideshare lot located southeast of the ballpark, a short walk (less than five minutes) from most gates. A taxi stand is at the northwest corner of First Avenue South and South Royal Brougham Way (in front of Silver Cloud Hotel), operating before, during and after events.
Accessibility. T-Mobile Park was designed to meet all structural and service requirements of the ADA; all restrooms, ticket windows, drinking fountains and counters at points of service are accessible, and all entrances are accessible. Accessible and companion seating is available at a range of price levels. Elevators and ramps (SEC 114 and 143) reach all levels. Accessible parking is available day-of-game at the Mariners Garage for vehicles with state-issued disabled plates/permits, with ADA drop-off/pick-up areas around the ballpark. Assistive listening devices, wheelchair escorts/storage, sensory room and sensory bags are available. Reasonable-modification requests handled case-by-case via adaservices@mariners.com.
Entry. All guests entering are screened for prohibited items by walk-through or hand-held metal detector (cell phones, car keys and coins no longer need to be removed). Guests are not permitted to re-enter the ballpark once they leave; in an emergency, re-entry may be granted only by a Shift Captain or Zone Supervisor and re-entrants are subject to security re-inspection. An extensive prohibited-items list applies, including weapons, aerosols, outside alcoholic beverages, aluminum/metal and glass containers, hard-sided and Styrofoam coolers, drones, selfie sticks, laser pointers, luggage/duffle bags and wrapped packages.
