Gates. Gates to the T-Mobile 'Pen, including Center Field Gate and the T-Mobile Member Gate, open 2 hours prior to first pitch. All other gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.. Transit. King County Metro offers a variety of accessible services, but no regular-route stops are located adjacent to the ballpark. Metro's ACCESS service and paratransit vans load/unload along the east curb of Occidental Avenue S. next to the parking plaza. More options at Mariners.com/Transportation.
Rideshare. Guests using rideshare services such as Lyft or Uber should use the designated rideshare lot located southeast of the ballpark, a short walk (less than five minutes) from most gates. A taxi stand is at the northwest corner of First Avenue South and South Royal Brougham Way (in front of Silver Cloud Hotel), operating before, during and after events.
Accessibility. T-Mobile Park was designed to meet all structural and service requirements of the ADA; all restrooms, ticket windows, drinking fountains and counters at points of service are accessible, and all entrances are accessible. Accessible and companion seating is available at a range of price levels. Elevators and ramps (SEC 114 and 143) reach all levels. Accessible parking is available day-of-game at the Mariners Garage for vehicles with state-issued disabled plates/permits, with ADA drop-off/pick-up areas around the ballpark. Assistive listening devices, wheelchair escorts/storage, sensory room and sensory bags are available. Reasonable-modification requests handled case-by-case via adaservices@mariners.com.
Entry. All guests entering are screened for prohibited items by walk-through or hand-held metal detector (cell phones, car keys and coins no longer need to be removed). Guests are not permitted to re-enter the ballpark once they leave; in an emergency, re-entry may be granted only by a Shift Captain or Zone Supervisor and re-entrants are subject to security re-inspection. An extensive prohibited-items list applies, including weapons, aerosols, outside alcoholic beverages, aluminum/metal and glass containers, hard-sided and Styrofoam coolers, drones, selfie sticks, laser pointers, luggage/duffle bags and wrapped packages.

Outside food is permitted in single-serving sizes. Sealed, clear plastic water bottles up to 32oz, baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened soft-sided single-serve containers like juice boxes are permitted; guests may also bring one empty plastic reusable bottle 32 ounces or smaller. Soda, coffee or other beverages are not allowed, and no outside alcoholic beverages may enter.
