Getting in

Gates. For FC Dallas regular season matches, gates open 90 minutes prior to the event's start time for ticket holders. Gates open at various times for non-FC Dallas events such as concerts and football games.

Tailgating. Pre-event tailgating is permitted if conducted in a safe and respectful manner and does not disrupt other fans, interfere with normal parking procedures, or extend into additional spaces. Outside food companies are not permitted to deliver catering orders for tailgate activities. Pre-match; parking lots open 3 hours prior to kickoff. No open flame grills allowed. Propane tanks are permitted on Toyota Stadium grounds, but charcoal and lighter fluid are not permitted. RV and camper parking is available only for selected shows as determined by the organization, with a maximum of four marked parking spots. No RV hookups, electrical, or plumbing available. RVs and campers must be removed no later than the day after the event, there is no re-entry once parked, and there is absolutely no dumping of gray or black water on stadium grounds.
Accessibility. Toyota Stadium meets all ADA requirements. Guests are asked to contact the stadium ahead of time for special accommodations. All ADA seats are located at the top of the seating bowl in sections 105-132, row 31. Guests requiring a medical or childcare bag must enter at the ADA/VIP Gate on the West Side of the stadium (just north of the main West Gate). Diaper changing stations are located in all men's, women's, and family restrooms.
Entry. In 2026 the East Side of Toyota Stadium is closed for a $182 million renovation. No access to any areas on the east side, including concourses, concessions, and seating; the entire East Concourse is closed for the first half of 2026. Fans enter through the Southwest Gate, West Gate, UMB Bank VIP West Gate, and Northwest Gate. The Northeast Gate and East Gate are closed due to renovations.

Food worth the line

Concessions are available and all purchases are cashless/contactless. Open concession stands in 2026 include The Corner Kick (behind Section 103/104), Tex Mex Q (behind Section 109), Burgers & More / Chef's Kitchen (behind Section 112/113), and Burgers & More (behind Section 105). Additional food and beverage on the North Concourse includes the Southwest Terrace, The Winners Club presented by WinStar World Casino & Resort, Red Star Bar, and The Gallagher Club. East side concession stands are closed for the season. All-You-Can-Eat wristbands are available for Season Ticket Members inside the Gallagher Club at the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Alcohol sales are limited to two per customer per purchase and cease in the 75th minute of play.
