Frequently asked
What size bag can I bring into Truist Park?
Truist Park does not permit bags inside. Bags are not allowed to enter Truist Park for the 2026 season. Exceptions may be made for medical bags, breast pumps for nursing mothers, diaper bags for guests with infants/toddlers, bags required for guests with ADA needs, and small single-compartment clutches or clear bags no larger than 5 x 9 inches (opaque clutches are permitted, so clear bags are not strictly required). A first-come, first-served mobile locker bag storage between the Orange and Truist Tower parking decks accepts oversized bags; it opens two hours before first pitch through one hour after last out, starting at $12 per bag for baseball games.
Does Truist Park require a clear bag?
No. Truist Park does not permit bags at all, so nothing is carried in, clear or otherwise.
Can you bring outside food into Truist Park?
Fans may bring food as long as it fits inside a clear, gallon-sized plastic bag, plus one sealed plastic bottle of water; one bag of food and one bottle of water are permitted per ticket. Additional considerations are made for those with dietary concerns and infants, and all bags of food are subject to additional inspection at security gates. Ice chests and hard-sided coolers are not allowed; soft-sided coolers without the plastic liner are permitted only for guests with medical needs.
When do gates open at Truist Park?
For each game, gates open two hours prior to first pitch (on weekday day games all gates open 80 minutes before first pitch).
