Getting in
Gates. All gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Tailgating. One car per space; aisles may be used for tailgate parties in designated areas. Parking or driving on green reserved spaces or sidewalks is prohibited. Tents/canopies must not obstruct sidewalks, driving lanes, or walkways and must be secured by sandbags, water buckets, or stakes no longer than one foot. Equipment (furniture, grills, games, generators, satellite dishes) must not obstruct walkways. Open flames other than grills are prohibited. All trash must be bagged and removed. Generators must have a noise-reducing device (manufacturer cover or muffler). Pets are not permitted in tailgating areas. Alcohol is prohibited on campus. All tailgating lots must be vacated within three hours of the conclusion of the game; no overnight occupancy is permitted. Open flames other than grills are prohibited. Hot coals must be placed in metal containers and removed from campus, or left on a concrete area for disposal by the Liberty Grounds team; disposal of grease or hot coals into the ground or storm drains is prohibited. Motorized recreational vehicles, including four-wheelers, golf carts, mules, gators, scooters, and motorized skateboards, are prohibited.
Accessibility. ADA accessible parking on the third level of the North Campus Garage (placard required); ADA shuttles run from the third-floor bridge to Gate 1 starting at 8:00 AM; reserved handicap seating on the lower level of both the East and West sides (assigned ticket required); elevators in Carter Tower are for suite holders, club-level members, and credentialed game-day workers only.
Entry. Prohibited: Coolers - unless containing medical supplies, Fireworks or explosives, Outside food or beverages (Exception - One [1] Unopened Bottled of Water), Umbrellas, Pets - excluding service animals, Weapons (except as allowed by LU Weapons Policy). Re-entry is allowed at Williams Stadium if your ticket is properly scanned out upon exit. Customers that do not have their ticket or student Flames Pass scanned out upon exit will not be allowed re-entry. Exit and re-entry are allowed through clearly marked areas at Gates 1, 4, and 5 only, while students must exit through Gate 5 and re-enter through Gate 6 only. Guests are subject to inspection and search for prohibited items. All guests entering any gate at Williams Stadium on game day will be required to pass through a magnetometer.
Parking lots
Academic Commons Garage. Suggested for West Side seating; located by Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium, a short walk from Williams Stadium
Thomas Road Baptist Church (TRBC) parking lot. Suggested for East Side seating
LaHaye Lot.
North Campus Garage. ADA accessible parking on the third level (placard required); shuttles run from the third-floor bridge to Gate 1 starting at 8:00 AM
Football East parking lot. Free 15-minute parking for the ticket office, in front of Williams Stadium
