Wintrust Arena uses metal detectors and limits the size and style of bags. Permitted: all clear bags (plastic, vinyl or PVC) not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12", which may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap and includes fanny packs, backpacks or sling bags; non-clear purses or bags no larger than 10" x 6" x 2"; and one one-gallon clear plastic freezer (Ziploc) bag. No outside food or drink.

Getting in

Gates. Doors open to the public 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Skyrider members (Chicago Sky full season ticket members) can enter 90 minutes prior to tip-off through the Skyrider Entrance only, located off Cermak on the ground level of the arena.
Transit. Fares paid by cash or Ventra Card; a Ventra Transit Card must be used to pay elevated train fares and can be bought at any train or elevated station, or via the Ventra App. Divvy bike sharing station located in McCormick Square at 2301 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, plus a station at Cermak and Wabash near the Cermak-McCormick Place Green Line Station. Lyft and Uber are licensed TNP companies in Chicago; CHICABS e-hail taxis via the Arro app. Lines: CTA #3 King Drive bus (stop at Michigan Avenue and Cermak Road), CTA #21 Cermak Road bus (stop at Michigan Avenue and Cermak Road), CTA #4 Cottage Grove bus (stop at Michigan Avenue and Cermak Road), CTA Green Line - Cermak-McCormick Place Station (Cermak Road and State Street, 0.15 miles west), CTA Red Line - Cermak-Chinatown Station (0.5 miles west), Metra Electric Line (Grand Concourse Level 2.5, South Building; direct service to downtown in about seven minutes).
Accessibility. Wintrust Arena welcomes guests with disabilities. Request reasonable accommodations at least five working days prior to an event; accessible seats are first-come, first-served. Guests may bring their own mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers); elevators serve each concourse. Accessible parking stalls are available inside Lot A across Cermak on a first-come basis; a state-issued placard or plate must be displayed and out-of-state placards are honored. Accessible seating is available on each level, reached via escalator or elevator from the first floor/lobby, with floor-level seating accessible through the main entrance to the arena bowl; up to three companion tickets may be exchanged with each accessible ticket. ADA and Access Vehicle drop-off and pick-up is on the 200 East Cermak Road side of the arena. All doors are ADA-accessible; all restrooms are accessible with five including a companion/family section. Service animals are permitted in all areas where attendees are generally allowed. Sign language interpretation is available free of charge on at least 10 working days notice (contact@wintrustarena.com). Water fountains with bottle-refilling stations are located next to restrooms on each floor. KultureCity partnership provides sensory-inclusive accommodations (headphones, fidget items, feeling thermometer, KCVIP lanyard) via Guest Services on the second-floor concourse. Entry. Wintrust Arena utilizes metal detectors at entry. For the protection of all guests, ALL patrons are subject to search as a condition of admission; refusal to submit to such search may prevent admission to the arena. Smoking (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes and vaporizers) is prohibited inside the arena. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection.

Parking lots

McCormick Place Parking Lot A (2301 South Prairie Avenue). Closest to Wintrust Arena with pedestrian bridge access. Six-level garage, 2,100 spaces, 8' height clearance, on Martin Luther King Drive adjacent to the West Building. Rate $27 for up to 16 hours and $40 for 16 to 24 hours. No in-and-out privileges. Overnight parking available in Lot A only; lost tickets pay the $40 overnight fee per day. Credit cards accepted. Accessible parking available here.
McCormick Place Parking Lot B (31st Street Lot, 3050 South Moe Drive). Outdoor surface lot at 31st Street near Lake Shore Drive South and Moe Drive, holds over 1,800 vehicles. Flat fee $18 per day, no in-and-out privileges. Open throughout event hours. No overnight parking. Credit cards accepted.
McCormick Place Parking Lot C (2227 Fort Dearborn Drive). Underground garage with 1,900 spaces, 6'4" height clearance, on Ft. Dearborn Drive adjacent to the Lakeside Center. Flat fee $27 per day, no in-and-out privileges. Open throughout event hours. No overnight parking. Credit cards accepted.
